Always glad to get back to the desert! We enjoy the Southwest very much.
It’s amazing! Everywhere you turn there’s so much beauty to see.
We are especially proud of our saguaros. Pronounced “suh-wah-roe.” They are native to the Sonoran Desert and can grow up to 40 feet tall. Some have arms and some do not.
Some are also Crested… no one really knows why.
Old Ghost Towns are an iconic symbol of the Southwest.
When out in the desert it’s a treat to come across…
Native American Pit Houses
And Arizona is proud of their Rocks and Minerals especially Petrified Rock!
Glad to be back in Arizona and it’s nice to be back in our neighborhood.
However, Home Sweet Home is the best!
And these Wide Open Skies gives us such beautiful sunsets…
Goodnight All… Thanks for reading along!

Oh my goodness. The desert is beautiful! You are a wonderful photographer! We will have to put the desert in our bucket list! Glad you are back in your happy place😊
What’s so fabulous is that I have two Happy Places!!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
Enjoy that sunshine! I’m hoping for a dose in December!
We love our blue skies and sunshine! But believe this. October we have had a lot of rain. It’s been because of the 3 Pacific Ocean hurricanes.
Arizona welcomes you in December!
Yes I’ve heard the rain and hurricanes have been horrible down there:(
Such a gorgeous part of the world. Beautiful photos Nancy. Enjoy your home!xo
Home Sweet Home!
Thank you Sweet Sue!
Nancy, the desert is truly gorgeous and your photos are stunning. I can’t keep up with you and all of your travels dear friend!
Let’s just say today I was tired! It was a “me” day!
I have a lot of catching up to do with you and others… but I will soon!
Thanks for the love! ❤️
Wow such fabulous pictures as usual from you—glad that you are back to our beautiful Arizona.
Glad to be back as well!
Thanks for you love!
Goodness, it’s green for this time of year. We are heading down the beginning of December. Always nice to get there.
Mary… we have had 8 inches of rain just this month in our backyard! You won’t believe how green it is! There’s grass growing again in the desert!
Thanks for stopping in. I’ll be over to check out your posts soon. I have guests at the house right now so… I have to be the hostess with the “mostest!” 🤗
Arizona is a beautiful state especially with the wonderful saguaro. Love, love that crested beauty:) Tucson was top on our list until we discovered Boulder City. Welcome home!
Isn’t it wonderful that we both live in Paradise!
Thanks so much for the Welcome Home! 🤗🤗
I keep being delighted by your photography. You’ve got a knack, particularly for the desert climes! Keep up the good work! I just got back from the high altitudes of Peru, where the century plant sends a spike as tall as a tree and the prickly pear grow large! Reminded me of the southwest.
How wonderful! I am so glad you enjoyed my pictures of our beautiful state!
Stunning sunsets! You got some fabulous captures….and oh! that windmill shot – LOVE!
It’s such a beautiful area… and so easy to capture a place that is so beautiful!
I will be over to see your posts soon. We have been traveling and now we have house guests!
Thank you so much for your kind words!

Thank you bunches!!!
This is such a contrast from the Lake House, Nance. Wow. But there is one common thread: the natural beauty of your yard, helped, of course, by your plantings and upkeep.
Thank you Mr. Mark!
We live in two Paradises!
Thank you for all these amazing Arizona photos! I think it’s time for a road trip!
You are Welcome! Arizona is not that far away from you now!
I know 🙂 I like that a lot!
Arizona is gorgeous. I have been living here for a bit over 2 years and I am in love. By the way have you ever hear of “Reavis Rnch” it is a beautiful hidden paradise of apple orchids in the Superstition mountains. Please checkout my blog post about this trip
