Tuesday Tidbits #35

Hello! Welcome to another edition of Tuesday Tidbits!

Thanks for stopping in.

Today I have a quick and easy dinner recipe for you!

A Delicious Taco Salad that can serve a family of 4-6.

I browned the ground beef thoroughly. After draining the fat from the meat I added a package of taco seasoning with a 1/4 cup of water. Stir. I then added a can of Mexican Style corn with beans and a small can of green chilies. The Mexican Corn and Green Chilies are optional but they add great texture and flavor!

Set the Taco Meat aside.

Begin assembling your Taco Salad.

Place Tortilla chips onto your plate then add lettuce, tomatoes and black olives.

Add 1 cup or so of the Taco Meat on top of your assembled Taco Salad.

Drizzle with Ranch Dressing

Add shredded Cheese

Make as small or as large as you wish. It’s delicious and easy!

This recipe can serve a family of 4-6 people… depending on their appetites!😀

It’s delicious! ENJOY!

Until Next Time ~ Nancy

    1. We loved it! And I have to say… if you can find the can of Mexican Corn with Beans… please add it. It kicked it up a notch in taste and texture! Thanks for the visit Judy!

  1. Yum! We had Tacos the other night … set up a taco bar and everyone helps themselves to their own fixings. So easy and tasty. I like the idea of this taco salad.

    1. I actually made this into a fix your own bar as well. As long as you have the taco meat… you are good to go.

      Happy Trails to you!

  2. Yum! One of our favorite meals! We’ll have tacos one night and salads another night. My husband likes to add hot salsa and jalapeños. Good any way you eat it.

  3. This salad looks yummy. I am all about salads in the summer. I hope you share at “Love your Creativity” The party started today/
