I have been wanting to do a few posts on doors for a while now.
Well… today’s the day!
My friend Judy over at New England Garden And Thread
posts beautiful doors every Thursday. I told her last week I was going to join in on the fun!
Stop over at her place and check them out! She does a great job!
Last year about this time we went on a trans-Atlantic cruise and it was fabulous!
We spent a week in England and we saw beautiful doors!
Norm at Norm2.0
is the sponsor for Thursday Doors.
Please head over and see all that there is to see with lovely doors!
My doors were all from a little village of Chipping Campden found in Gloucestershire, England. We walked all around this quaint little town.
I’m sharing just a few… as there’s always going to be another Thursday!
Thank you for stopping by…
Old doors are so very cool. Reminds me I should dig out my door photos from France in 2013.
Oh Tim… I would love to see them!
Love doors, gates, etc….love it
Doors are cool! Thanks for the Door Love!
Glad you linked up, Nancy! My favorite is your first door – probably because of the color and the copper(?) name plate – beautiful!
THANK YOU!
Every door in this town was different. Loved it! Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to say hello. Very thoughtful of you!
Oh my goodness, you started with a BANG! I love all four of them – massive, handsome, great hardware. That first one looks like the homeowners take security seriously. Welcome to Norm’s crazy door community. 🙂
I’ve got more up my sleeve! Thank you so much for enjoying my Doors! 🙂
Knock! Knock! 😉
Who’s There?
Wow you sure know how to make a first impression!
Welcome to #ThursdayDoors Nancy 🙂
That first one is wonderful but really, anything with natural wood and authentic old hardware works for me.
Nicely done 🙂
Thank you so much for your kind words! The aged beauty is what got me… and yet, what’s behind the doors? Oh, story after story to be told.
I love the doors and windows in Europe. These are beauties and if they could only tell their stories. 🙂
I agree. The stories would be amazing.
And what’s behind each door?? More stories!
Doors! I share your love for that narrow piece of gorgeous wood from around the world. I’m looking forward to additional posts. Have a nice evening.
Thank You… Nancy. I just now realized we share the same name. I knew I liked you!
Love this door series, Nancy!
Thank you my friend! Something new for me and I have more to share.
Oh these are just the best. As equally beautiful as the doors is their hardware. Just a wonderful series dear Nancy. Thank you. 🌍
You are welcome!! These doors fascinated me!
