Our days are growing longer, have you noticed? New blooms are adding to the Spring beauty in our gardens and landscapes. The morning birdsong becomes heavenly with each sunrise. Sunlight tries to peek through each tree branch and softly warms our faces. Spring is always welcomed after a long winter.

Here in the desert we greet Spring with open arms. Wildflowers, cactus flowers, and tree blossoms brighten the desert terrain.

Spring in the She Shed

Bunnies have arrived!

Spring has Sprung in the She Shed.

Many of you know how much I love to play with dishes. It’s even more fun when I am in my happy place, my She Shed. Here’s the latest fun I have had.

English Tea Time

A date was set, and my sweet Book Club friends and I spent an afternoon having a delightful Teatime at the English Rose Tea Room in Carefree, AZ.

As soon as we walked through the doors, we felt as if we were far away in the English countryside. We reserved a table inside so that we could sit among roses, teacups, and teapots.

Beautiful!

The romantic ambiance was exquisite. We enjoyed tea sandwiches, quiche and salads along with our loose-leaf tea poured from personal teapots into floral teacups. For dessert we had delicious scones with jam and clotted cream. We all were quite pleased and we highly recommend.

  5. Happy Tuesday, Miss Nancy πŸ₯° I was going to say ‘Hoppy Easter’ but even though I’m a week early for that, I can see you (and your gorgeous She Shed) are already having a very hoppy time 🐰 🐣 I don’t know how you do it, but please keep doing it. I so love to see your themed home decor(s). I think I’m as excited for Autumn (Fall) as you are for Spring. Although our season changed on the first day of the month, it’s only now that we are starting to feel the weather becoming cooler – yeah!

    1. I’m glad you are getting cooler. I always forget that you are the opposite of us.
      Well, Happy Autumn!
      Thank you for the love!
