Tuesday Tidbits #61 Air Fryer Wings

Did you get an Air Fryer for Christmas?

I’ve actually have had one and I love it!

I’ve got a great recipe for you… perfect for the upcoming Super Bowl!

Wings!

They come out crispy and perfect!

We like a dry rub… and it’s your choice but you can always dip them into your favorite sauce.

First off… gather your ingredients.

Chili Powder, Cajun Seasoning, Cumin, Paprika, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, and Creole Seasoning. (The Cajun Seasoning and Creole have salt in them already so I did not add salt. But you can if you wish)

I would say I used about 2T of each and placed them in a plastic gallon size bag.

I also added 3T of Masa Corn Flour

I placed my wings in the bag and made sure they were all covered thoroughly with the seasonings. (I place about 5 wings at a time to make sure they all get coated well.) I had about 20 wings.

I then place them on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and Baked them for 35 minutes at 400 degrees.

When you take them out of the oven… they are done but Not Crispy.

Here is where your

Air Fryer comes in handy!

I place my baked wings in the Air Fryer at 370 degrees for about 7-10 minutes. (More or less.) Depending on how crispy you want them. It also depends on how many and how close they are in the basket. And it’s best to follow the directions of your Air Fryer for Chicken.

Here they are in my basket. I get about 10-12 wings in the basket.

When they are done they are wonderful and CRISPY!

ENJOY!

Until Next Time~ Nancy
