Welcome Folks!
Hi there, Friends! Did you know that yesterday was National Gardening Day? We absolutely adore this time of year here in the desert. April is when all our gardens burst into life. Sometimes I feel the gardens are just as excited about living here as we are.
This post has more garden photos so if you don’t like flowers go ahead and scroll down as I have something else to share later in this post.

Who would have thought I would enjoy gardening in the Southwest? I am not a Master of it yet, but I sure do like to try and try until I succeed! Experimentation at its best. Sweet Man and I planted and prayed that all the plants would like their new digs! Some did, and some did not, but we have had so much fun making our backyard gardens come alive.

I saw this quote the other day and it spoke to me.
We may think we are nurturing our garden, but of course it’s really our garden nurturing us. ~Jenny Uglow
Isn’t that the truth? I know for sure that our gardens nurture us! Do yours nuture you?

It’s Not National Welding Day
Ha! Ha! But… Sweet Man and I took a Welding Class. It was a fabulous time, and we were darn good at it. Sweet Man has been wanting to learn, as he has all the required tools and a project or two to work on.

These are our abstract creations that we made. We welded the post to the base and then the arms. Afterward, we made a design on the front. We are quite proud of ourselves! Sweet man will be able to tackle those projects, and I can assist if he needs me. I understand the basics!

“Learn something new. Try something different. Convince yourself that you have no limits.” ~Brian Tracy
Have you learned anything new as of late? Was it fun?
Thank You
Time to learn something new.
I hope you can get out into nature and your gardens.
As I always try to convey… we sure do appreciate all of you. Thank you for joining us for another Tuesday Tidbits.
