Hello Friends! It’s a Late Edition of Tuesday Tidbits but it’s not too late to share with you the…
Cozy Feels of the Potting Shed!

And of course a table for two has been set…

After the table was set… I wanted to try adding a natural element to the Potting Shed. And I did so by drying citrus.

I thread the dried citrus with cranberries and rosemary and made a garland for the window.

I loved how it turned out.
Drying Citrus is so easy and it fills your home with such a lovely fragrance.

I also added the dried citrus to a basket of pinecones.

Have you tried drying citrus? Hope you can give it a try. It was fun and since we are all staying at home anyways… why not?
The lights are on to light your way… thank you for visiting!

The She Shed looks so festive and the beautiful table looks ready for tea and crumpets. I always enjoy your creative eye and décor. Cheers to a wonderful holiday season despite the current circumstance. 🎄❤😊
Thank You Ingrid! And You and Al do the same!
Nancy, I so enjoyed my visit to the potting shed this morning! It looks beautiful decorated for Christmas. Thanks for the helpful instructions for drying fruit. I may try my hand at it. I hope you have a most merry week, sweet friend!
Thank You Shannon! I hope you do give it a try. Sending you and yours Happy Holiday Wishes!
Your decorations are gorgeous.
Thank you Betty! So good to hear from you. I am sending you Happy Holiday Wishes, my friend.
Ever so beautiful! 🙂
Thank You Pit! it’s my Doll House! Lol
Sending Happy Holiday wishes to you and Mary!
Thanks, and Happy Holidays to you and yours, too,
Pit
Wow, the shed looks marvelous! I think I need one. I was realizing there’s nowhere in this house that is just mine. Wouldn’t it be fun to have a place out in the backyard to take a nap or read a book or paint. Hmmmm…..
Exactly… I make cards out here. Phone calls are made often out here. I also have Girl Friends over for a glass of wine out here. It’s all my own! and it is also a storage shed for all of our outdoor stuff when we head to the Lake House.
This table also gets cleared for potting plants etc.
Hope you get one… soon!
Happy Holidays to you and yours!
Nancy, I am so late to the Potting Shed in all of its coziness. I love all of your beautiful Christmas decor, it is so festive and fun. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to be able to sit at your lovely table and share a cup of tea and one of your delicious treats? Wishing you a Merry week, sweet friend!
Forgot to mention the dried oranges and grapefruit, I should do that. Your garland looks so lovely!
It was fun! The girls would have fun doing that. 🙂
Good Morning Pam! It’s okay that you are late … you can help me bake fruitcake as that’s what I am doing today. Then off we will go to have tea in the Shed.
Merry week to you too dear Pam!
As always, your decorations are over the top in a marvelous way. I applaud your decorating skills and your inventory of seasonal decorations. I’m in awe of how you transform your home from one season to the next in the most beautiful way. 👏🏻👏🏻
Awe… thank you Judy. My sister and I learned it from my Mom. She always used what she had and made our home lovely.
Merry week to you!

Yes, please, save me a slice, Nance. I have a feeling it will be quite tasty indeed!

You have decorated your home and potting shed with so much love. Your citrus garland adds such a special touch.
And it was so fun to do as well!
Thank you for visiting Karen and for your kind words.
Happy Week to you!
Such gorgeous décor and design. I haven’t tried drying citrus . I bet it makes the house smell wonderful.
It sure does! Hope you can try sometime. Thank you for stopping by and Happy Holiday Wishes to you!
Nancy, I love the transformation! Your pops of Christmas color and seasonal accents are perfect. What a delightful retreat–rather like having a grownup playhouse. I must have been living under a rock, but I had never heard of a “She Shed” until I saw yours. Recently I read a book that had the term in it; I was quietly proud that I knew exactly what it referenced–thanks to you! Enjoy the season of relative coolness in your AZ paradise.
Oh I’m so happy I was here to help! Lol!
Thank you always for your sweet comments!
Sending you lots of Happy Holiday Happiness!
Such a warm, welcoming She She’d – your decorations are amazing and love the natural beauty of the citrus garland. Stay safe but celebrate all we have to be grateful for ❤️🎄❤️
Hello dear friend! Thank you and Thank you for the Merry Christmas Wishes! Same to you!
Love this time of year to decorate! It is funny how this is the only time of year where everyone goes wild with decorating, baking, etc. Anywhere you look you know exactly what time of year it is. I like to think it’s because there is something cozy, warm about this time of year, it’s about family and togetherness.
I concur! Sending Merry Christmas wishes to you my friend!
LOL Would you just come decorate my life?
You are too cute! Thank you!
