The other day, I saw an Instagram story that suggested we start the morning thinking of three things for which we are grateful for. According to this Instagram Story (if it’s on the internet, it must be true, right?), thinking of our Blessings each day helps reduce stress, lowers our blood pressure, and boosts our immunity. Even if it isn’t true, why not do it? It’s always wonderful to count our blessings!
My Three Things
1. Family and Friends
I first Thank God for sweet man. My life would not be complete without him. We are soulmates.
I definitely can’t start my day without thinking of our family and sweet friends. I am happy to have them and pray for their safety daily. I do try to do more. I try to text one of those who are closest to me daily or message them on Social Media. They pretty much know I am thinking of them often. Now, remember I said one of them, daily. It takes me a reasonable amount of time to get through my list. 😄 But I do try! Sometimes, they beat me to it and think of me first!
2. Our Blessed Life
We are fortunate to live in two paradises: our winter home in Arizona and our summer home in Pennsylvania. Both are incredibly different, and we genuinely enjoy what they offer us.
We enjoy both of our garden areas.

Our travels and adventures in both states bring us joy.
