Hello Friends
It’s Time For Tea

I’m so excited to invite you to Tea on Tuesdays, hosted by my wonderful tea-loving friends, Mary from Home is Where the Boat Is and Pam from Every Day Living. Their tea time links will be found again at the bottom of this post. It’s such a joy to be their special guest again.
A Spring Tea in the She Shed

How about joining me for tea in my cozy little retreat in the heart of the desert—my Potting Shed/She Shed!

A while back, I used to follow a few blogs, and one of my favorites was Mary’s. I adored her Potting Shed and often daydreamed about having my own! A few years later, sweet man made it happen. He built me this darling shed. To be fair, it’s also our handy storage shed for all the outdoor furniture during the hot Summer in Arizona. But I get to enjoy this sweet retreat during the other months while we’re here in Arizona!

Desert Rose
A few years ago, Sweet Man surprised me by bringing home four beautiful dinner plates in the Franciscan Desert Rose pattern.

I absolutely fell in love! Naturally, I had to expand my collection, especially since we live in the desert and grow roses. Especially pink roses.

Adding to my collection has been such a joy! Whenever we go antiquing, I can’t help but grab a few more pieces. I’ve noticed that the Desert Rose pattern pops up much more in Southwest antique stores. Plus, I’ve had some luck finding pieces while I travel.

We are sipping English Rose Tea. A pure Ceylon Black Leaf Tea with natural Rose Petals and flavored with Rose. It’s a new Tea for me. I like it sweetened.

When looking for The English Rose tea I was reminded by Amazon that the Rose sugars would be a delightful addition.

Rose Sugar Tongs are a sweet complement.

Let’s savor the delicious combination of pimento cheese sandwiches, fresh strawberries and the sweet indulgence of Nutella with strawberry preserves on pound cake bars.

My Oasis
My Oasis here in the desert is decorated just for you! Lots of pink colors were added.

On the other side of my Oasis I have added some Easter decor.

Thank You
I am so happy you came to have tea with me in my Desert Oasis. It was wonderful having you! Thank you for being a friend. Happy Spring! 🌸
