Hello Friends!
Welcome back! It’s Tuesday already. I’m glad you are here. We’ve had a busy week but we squeezed in a desert ride with friends.

We always enjoy seeing water in the desert. On our ride, we took the back trails to get a different view of Lake Pleasant.

We were excited to get a little closer! So, we decided to explore a new trail that we hadn’t tried before. The views were incredible!

Finally we arrived.

Home Sweet Home

We had such a wonderful day exploring, but there’s nothing quite like coming home after a long, bumpy ride! It feels extra special to return to our cozy little Oasis.

And hearing the water from our special fountain was quite soothing!

Our First Bloom
Our first cactus bloom greeted us. This cactus bloomed earlier this year.

Thank You
That’s all for now. Has Spring Sprung for You? Any adventures for you?
As I always try to convey… we sure do appreciate all of you. Thank you for joining us for another Tuesday Tidbits.

We are wishing all of you a wonderful week ahead. Enjoy what this upcoming week brings to you. And whatever you have planned… make every day count and be thankful for your Blessings.

You have a lovely backyard oasis that I’m positive you enjoy each and every day.
We sure do Judy. Thank you for your Oasis visit and such kind words.🌵😊
Lake Pleasant is aptly named, Nance. Great captures. And I love that red backyard bloom off the cactus plant!
Yes, our red bloom makes us happy too.
Thanks for enjoying Lake Pleasant with us.
Happy Tuesday!
Wow! Those cloud pics are stunning…and your oasis looks oh-so welcoming. Aaah…
☀️🥰☀️
Our Oasis is where I go to rest and seek calm. Thanks for stopping by and resting a bit with me. 🥰
Enjoy your Tuesday!
🥰🥰🥰
Nancy, your backyard is so inviting and peaceful looking. I love the cactus flowers!
Thank you so much Beth! I appreciate your visit. Enjoy your Tuesday, my friend.
It’s lovely seeing spring wake in your world. I’m loving your blue skies, which are few and far between here yet. (We’re lucky to get even the pale blue of an oxford button down shirt in our skies, much less that glorious color you share!) Your patio is absolutely beautiful!
I am so glad you enjoyed our ride with our bright blue skies. And thanks for your restful visit on our patio. It’s an extension of our home. We love it!
Happy Tuesday my friend!
Oh so beautiful, and those skies!
We live our bright blue skies as well!
Happy Tuesday Dorothy!
Sounds like a great day of exploring. I love Lake Pleasant. It’s amazing how busy one can be in retirement. However did we accomplish everything when we worked full-time? I don’t think this was a good year for wildflowers. What are you seeing? I’ve been stuck at home recovering from surgery, but all is good. Let’s be sure and get together before you head back east.
I hope you are healing and recovering nicely. 🙏
I did not see any wildflowers when we were in the desert. Only the brittlebush is blooming.
And yes, Lake Pleasant is always a lovely sight when in the desert.
Let’s get together soon! Thanks for the visit. Enjoy your Tuesday and feel better.
What a beautiful blue sky and gorgeous blue water! Thanks for taking us along for the ride!
Thank you for enjoying!
It’s taking a while to warm up here in Michigan. It feels like one two steps forward one step back but at least we’re making progress. The snow is gone but it’s too early to put away our winter gear and I don’t expect to be cutting grass anytime soon. 🙂 Your cactus flower is beautiful.
Thank you Ruth. I hope it warms up for you!
Lake Pleasant looks more like Lake Delightful. I was going to ask if you saw any wildflowers but I saw your response to Ingrid. I’m hoping there might still be some, but we’ll see. Your backyard oasis is so lovely. Thanks for sharing it yet again. <3
Thank you Janet. No wildflowers yet. Let’s hope!
Spring is arriving in OK with trees starting to bloom along with daffodils and tulips. And I shouldn’t forget the NEVER POPULAR wind! Your lake pictures are gorgeous and unexpected in the desert. Have a great week!
Thank you for riding along with us! I am glad that Spring is showing its beginnings even though the winds are blowing hard.
Thanks for all the love!

Thank you new friend! Spring in the desert will get prettier. Stay tuned. Thank you so much for the visit!
Looking forward to it.
I’m so glad you linked up to my Sunday Stills prompt, Nancy! Did I read this yesterday and not leave a comment? Anyway, lovely views of the desert! And oh how i love those desert blooms! You have really decorated your oasis so beautifully. It might get to 75F here today! Happy spring, my friend!
Thank you Terri!
You saw some of these pictures in Facebook so that could be why.
Happy Spring my friend!
Yes, that was it, lol!
That looks like such a beautiful trail. I love the views.
Thank you! We had a great but bumpy ride!
Thank you for the visit! How kind of you to stop by.
What a beautiful area! The AZ is particularly beautiful. Blooming cactus always look otherworldly to me.
