Hi Friends!
Happy Tuesday! I am so glad you have joined us for another Tuesday Tidbits.
I do believe I have Spring Fever. The weather has finally warmed up. Blue skies and sunshine are making this girl happy.

Camp Bouse
With this great weather, we took a desert ride with friends. We visited Camp Bouse, a Top Secret WWII training camp from 1943-1944. They used tanks with arc lamps to see if they would blind the enemy during nighttime battles. The program was short-lived as the lighted tanks gave up their location. There were lots of facilities at the camp as well as a hospital. We saw remnants of buildings, rusty tin cans, and many old nails. It was pretty interesting. There were many training camps in Arizona that were under the leadership of General Patton.

Spring Green
After visiting the Camp, we enjoyed watching the desert pass us by from our Toyota Tacoma. The desert is green from all the rain we have had. Hopefully, the golden desert poppies will be emerging soon.

Progressive Dinner
A fun evening was had this past week with our neighbors. We participated in a Progressive Dinner with our neighborhood friends. The night started out first at our house with appetizers and cocktails. We then walked up the street for entrees and salads, and when dinner was finished, we crossed the street to have many different desserts at our last place. Those who did not host were asked to bring a dish to their assigned house. It was a wonderful time, and we plan to do it again.
Thank You
That’s all I have for you this week.
As I always try to convey… we certainly appreciate all of you. Thanks for joining us for another Tuesday Tidbits.
We wish all of you a wonderful week ahead. Whatever you have planned… make every day count and be thankful for your Blessings!
