This year held so many meaningful moments—some shared over a cup of tea with many of you. As I reflect on 2025, I’ve gathered my top five posts, including favorite tea times, sweet gatherings, and the little joys that made this year special. Here’s what you chose!

We Did It

We visited our 50th state! We traveled to our last state, North Dakota, with Sweet Man’s sister and brother-in-law. Please read all about it here!

A Garden Party

I enjoyed co-hosting a garden Party with my friend Mary. You can see all the decorations, salads and desserts with recipes here!

Edinboro Lantern Festival

This was a fabulous night down at the lake! Everyone who attended purchased a lantern they could decorate and then released it on the lake. (They were all retrieved later that evening!) Read more about it here!

A Spring Tea in a Desert Oasis

I was thrilled to share my She Shed for a special Spring tea time with all of you. I was a guest on Tea On Tuesdays hosted by my sweet friends Mary from Home is Where the Boat Is and Pam from Everyday Living.

An Afternoon Tea in the Sunroom

Another special Tea Time where I was a guest once again for Tea on Tuesdays! Hosted by my sweet friends Mary from Home is Where the Boat Is and Pam at Everyday Living.

We all shared tea in our Sunroom at the lake house using my red and white transferware. It was a gentle pause in our day. Click here to see it again!

  3. Nancy, I remember those wonderful and interesting posts! Most importantly, you got a new hip which allows you to move around easily giving us your great tibits each Tuesday! I pray you are getting better and better as you re-coup. Happy New Year to you and Sweet Man and stay warm. We woke up to 40 degree temps with the promise of much cooler for New Year’s! Brrrrrrr.
