Sweet Man’s Birthday

Hello Friends… It’s time for a CELEBRATION! Sweet Man had a birthday! Come join us. I baked him his favorite pie. Raisin Pie! It’s delicious and he loves it and you will too if you love Raisin Pie.

My Homemade Crust recipe came from a dear friend’s Mother. The secret ingredient is Crisco! The raisin filling recipe came from The Southern Lady Cooks.

And of course I had to make a No-Churn Rum Raisin Ice Cream to go with it! It was delightful!

I followed BellyFull.net homemade No-Churn Rum Raisin Ice Cream recipe. Have you ever made No-Churn Homemade Ice Cream before? It’s easy and comes out wonderfully delicious! I have made fruited No-Churns and they come out quite well too!

I put it in a plastic container and it freezes well!

Don’t worry… I’m still trying to eat healthy but Birthdays only come around the sun every 365 days so there is always cause for a Yummy Celebration!

Our family plays Fantasy Football with each other.

Well guess what??? Miss Nancy won First Place… not only this year but last year as well! 2 years in a row!
