Tuesday Tidbits #26

A Mother’s Day Dessert

Mother’s Day is here!

Do you need a simple but delightful dessert for your Mother’s Day Brunch?

I have the perfect one for you. It’s tasty, pretty and EASY! We all like easy.

I took purchased Lemon Curd and layered it with Cool Whip which I added whipped cream cheese to. I added the cream cheese to help cut the sweetness of the Lemon Curd. Ours was very sweet. You can omit the cream cheese if you wish depending on your Lemon Curd.

The yellow tablescape just added sunshine to our desserts! Speaking of sunshine… this would be the perfect summertime dessert for an evening on the patio.

Just add some pretty flowers and you will be set!

May you all enjoy a beautiful Mother’s Day!

Until Next Time ~Nancy
