Tuesday Tidbits #171 Cream Puffs

Hello Spring!

Are you enjoying Spring weather in your neck of the woods? The days are lasting a little longer… the sun is shining a little longer… the birds are singing a little earlier, and signs of spring are a little bit more prominent… of course all of this makes for happier days. At least for me.

Do you need a lovely Spring Dessert? Elegant for a Tea Party, perfect for a gathering of friends or just a delicious dessert for your family? I got the perfect recipe for you! And it’s EASY!

There are quite a few recipes on Pinterest. I have made these for a few years now and the trick is the topping. I came up with this quick topping as I didn’t want Chocolate Frosting. So why not Nutella?! That’s right… the topping is Nutella! And nothing but Nutella!

Have I enticed you enough yet?

I got about 12 servings out of this recipe.
They are delicious! If you do not serve them all, you can refrigerate them. The only thing I suggest… is after you take them out of the refrigerator… let them sit on the counter for a few minutes. The Nutella hardens in the fridge and will soften after a few minutes.

I hope you give them a try! They are hard to resist and perfect for any occasion. And so easy!

I also would like to mention that we had a very busy weekend and I have been unable to read your recent posts. I hope to catch up with all of you very soon.

Thank you for joining me today. Happy Spring and Happy Tuesday! I hope you truly have a wonderful week ahead.

  2. As always in Central New York, spring arrives and teases, Nance. Warm days leave, cold days return, back and forth until finally I can stay in shorts.

  3. Nancy, I can eat Nutella out of the jar. In other words, I love it. These look so delicious, if only I had one to go with my morning coffee. Happy Spring and Happy Tuesday!

  7. Cream Puffs–yum! These look delicious and so cute with your springy decor. Believe it or not, I have never had Nutella. I’ve certainly heard of it and it looks delicious, but it just wasn’t a part of my background. Something I need to rectify!

  9. I have been wanting to make cream puffs again for 2 months now! Yours look amazing Nancy. Isn’t it funny how easy they are to make but by looking at them they can be so intimidating?
