Tuesday Tidbits #291 Out and About

Hello and Welcome!

We were Out and About. We just got back from a beautiful cruise in Nova Scotia, and I still have my sea legs!

We experienced splendid warm weather and saw stunning sights in every port.

Point Prim Lighthouse on Prince Edwards Island.

Chateau Frontenac in Quebec City, Canada

Peggy’s Cove near Halifax, Nova Scotia.

The ever-changing landscape in various locations made the cruise incredibly breathtaking.

Timberlea near Halifax, Nova Scotia

Our cruise ship.

St. Lawrence River

The lighthouse sightings did not fail to impress me. I enjoyed every single one. I also climbed to the top of one lighthouse. I will share that experience in my next post.

Peggy’s Cove Lighthouse

Our vacation cruise provided an adventure that was deeply soothing and refreshing. There’s nothing like relaxation at its best. We loved every minute!

However, there’s no place like home.

❤️❤️❤️

Thank You

It has been a fantastic few weeks! I will have more on our cruise next week.

In a few days, it will be Autumn! Happy Fall!

As I always try to convey, we certainly appreciate all of you. Thank you for joining us for another Tuesday Tidbits.

We are wishing all of you a wonderful week ahead. Enjoy what this upcoming week brings to you. And whatever you have planned… make every day count and be thankful for your Blessings.

  1. Nancy, what a fabulous cruise! Your photos are stunning, I can’t wait for more! No matter how far we travel, there is still no place like home. Happy Tuesday!

  2. We’ve appreciated the cruise from Boston that allowed us to port and experience the splendor of Peggy’s Cove and Halifax a handful of times, Nance, and you captured the beauty of those spots so well!

  3. What gorgeous photos Nancy! It looks like you had fabulous weather for your cruise! It sounds totally wonderful! It looks like Fall is in full swing at the lake, starting to see color in the trees. Enjoy!

  6. Nancy thank you for sharing your cruise with us. The photos are beautiful and I adore light houses. Sometimes we just need to get away and decompress and you and sweet man must have had a wonderful and exciting time. These times are always fun. Enjoy your time back home because lovely tho they are, there is no place like home is there?

  7. What an amazing cruise! I love those pops of bright colors in your pictures, and lighthouses are inherently fun. I’m looking forward to your lighthouse post with more details.

  8. A cruise to Nova Scotia sounds wonderful Nancy and what beautiful sights and photos! Looking forward to seeing more. Your lake is beautiful too, you’re way ahead of us as far as fall color. We’re still in the 80s here and don’t typically see any fall color until the end of October or early November. Enjoy your week ♥

And yes, we are starting to see a wee bit of color in the trees.
Thanks for stopping by my friend.

  9. It looks like you had perfect weather for your cruise from the looks of your beautiful photos. We have friends just getting ready to do a New England to Canada cruise…hope they are as lucky as you were. Look forward to hearing more about your trip.
