Home Again in Arizona!
We finally feel settled back here in AZ. It took me a little longer then usual… perhaps it’s a sign of old age?!
The weather has been superb! The temperatures are wonderful!
We have been enjoying the cool mornings and evenings on the patio.
During the evenings …an ambiance surrounds us with outdoor lighting.
Texas Time!
When we left our LakeHouse we made a stop in Texas to visit family.
And when we visit… I always enjoy the chickens!
And with chickens… you know I am going to have fresh fried eggs!
Feature Creatures
And when in Texas we always enjoy the deer in the pasture! This time we Ran with the Deer! Well, we didn’t actually run but we were in a side by side… it was fun! Therefore this weeks Feature Creatures are in the video! It was almost dark out so the quality is not the greatest. I sure hope you can watch! I turned off the sound so you don’t hear me laughing!
Concert
We enjoyed an evening outside with John Fogerty at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, AZ. He was fantastic! He sang all the great songs from Credence Clearwater Revival.
Book Club
I am now in a Book Club. Our first book was, The Personal Librarian We thoroughly enjoyed it! I highly recommend!
An Easy Dinner For You
I made Turkey Stuffing Roll Ups for the first time. They are so delicious and so easy! Plus it’s a delicious meal you could share with company. My sister gave me her version of making this meal.
*Get good quality deli Turkey sliced thicker then usual.
*Make Stove Top Stuffing. I always add some fresh parsley and sautéed diced celery to it.
*Butter a baking dish… I used a 13×9 size.
*Take one Turkey slice then add a scoop of stuffing on it and roll it up. I got about 8 roll ups to one box of stuffing.
*Then pour Turkey gravy over it all. I used 2 jars of gravy.
*Bake at 375 until it’s hot and bubbly. I’ll make this again for sure! I hope you give it a try.

Thank you for the love Judy! We do have a house sitter. But… most of it is draught tolerant with some water irrigation to it.

I’m glad you are settled in. Even when you leave things picture perfect in the spring, there is lots to do when you return in the fall. When the video stops, you can clearly see the baby—so cute! I hope you enjoy your book club. Mine has expanded my reading horizons, and I am thankful for that.
We all said that… I most likely would not have chosen this book on my own. In fact, one of the authors of this book didn’t think she even wanted to write this book until she met the other author. So now the horizons have opened up!

Good morning, Nancy. I am happy for you that you are settled back in to your AZ home. I always enjoy seeing your patio and she shed…barbed wire wreath 😀. I know being able to stop over in TX to visit with family was wonderful. I watched the video, now that was a herd of deer. They are always in our back pasture, but not that many. I think I will try the turkey rolls for an after Thanksgiving meal using my dressing as we call it. This is a wonderful Tuesday Tidbits, 150 WOW!

I enjoyed seeing all the deer in your video! What a fun experience. I joined a book club in the spring – it’s so much fun and I am reading books I never would have thought of reading. So far there was only one I didn’t like! Thanks for the book recommendation.

Glad to learn that you’re back and settled in. I think you must be a very organized person because your annual transitions appear to be so seamless. If they’re not, don’t tell! At any rate, I enjoyed the photos and the deer. That book is on my list, but it will probably take me a year to get to it.
Loving both places makes it help with the transition!
This book is very good and I enjoyed it very much. In fact so did the others in the club. We also had a great discussion over it.

Your yard is absolutely beautiful! I can’t believe you posted the turkey roll ups! I had forgotten all about them. I have never made them but had them at a family graduation picnic. I remember how delicious they were back then. Thank you for posting the recipe.
