There’s Just Something About Summer!
I absolutely love summer! There’s something about it that lifts my spirits. Maybe it’s the warm sun on my face or the beautiful flowers blossoming in our gardens. Then again, I can’t help but smile when we’re out on the lake, feeling the refreshing sprays of water as our boat glides across the surface. It’s such a wonderful time for me.
Or is it the early mornings when I make our tea. The sunrises from the kitchen window always make me smile.
And of course my ever-changing kitchen window vignette.
Let’s not forget our flower gardens.

Going to the Birds
When we sit in our sunroom we enjoy looking at the birds. The blue jays love the birdbath.
These little Goldfinches try their best to make me smile!
And if it’s not the birds it’s the rabbits! Sweet Man has taken a liking to these little ones. Just as long as they stay out of the Flower Gardens!
Summer Memories
Summer is such a wonderful time for making memories. Growing up by this lake has given me a lifetime of cherished memories.
Summertime is the perfect chance to relax, enjoy the sunny days, and let all your worries drift away!
I guess it’s why we chase those Endless Summers!

Nancy thank you for the smiles today as your photos (lovely as always) made my day. I had 2 blue jays perched outside my kitchen window yesterday and I couldn’t get to a picture before they flew off into the bushes. 🥴 I have always loved birds….well except for the ravens or crows that dive bomb me when I get to near their nest. LOL. The lake pics are so beautiful and sunsets and sunrises are my favorite anytime anywhere. Blooms are right up there too. Hugs and blessings my friend. Have a great and wonderful week.
